Gidabook
A record book for landlords and property managers.
Gidabook is a record book for Nigerian property managers and serious landlords. Track rent, what's owed, expenses, repairs, inspections and payouts for each property, with receipts, owner access, and clear reports you can hand over.

The problem
Property managers handling tens or hundreds of units run on WhatsApp, spreadsheets and paper. Rent comes in across several accounts. Landlords want proof, not a phone call. And service-charge arguments have no paper trail.
Our approach
One record book for each property: tenants, leases, what rent is due, what's been paid and what's owed, receipts, repairs and inspections, plus a simple way for landlords to see it all, with proof attached.
