Describe the people or team who will use it. Do not include private customer records.

2. What problem needs solving?

What is difficult today, and why is it worth fixing?

3. How does the work happen now?

Describe the current steps, tools and workarounds.

4. What must the solution work around?

For example: devices, connectivity, integrations, budget boundaries or important dates. These are not agreed commitments.

5. What would a useful first release achieve?

Describe the outcome you would look for, not a list of every possible feature.
