Avnor: Terms of use
The terms for using Avnor, the notes app. By using Avnor you agree to them.
Effective date: November 2, 2026
1) Who we are
These terms are between you and Epigrams Platform Ltd, trading as Epigrams Platforms ("Epigrams", "we"), who make Avnor. You can reach us at hello@epigrams.co.uk.
2) Using Avnor
You can use Avnor to write and keep your own notes. Please don't use it to break the law or to harm anyone.
3) Your notes are yours
You own everything you write and add to Avnor. We don't claim any rights to it, and because your notes stay on your phone, we never see it.
4) Keeping your notes safe
Your notes are saved on your phone, not with us. If you lose your phone, reset it or delete the app, your notes go with it unless you've saved a backup. Avnor gives you ways to back up and export your notes. Please use them, because we can't recover notes for you.
5) Test versions
Test versions of Avnor are still being built. Things may change, break or be removed, and some features may never be released. Keep a backup of anything important while you test.
6) The app as it is
We work hard to make Avnor reliable, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always work or be free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, Epigrams isn't responsible for lost notes or other losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that can't be taken away.
7) Paid features
Avnor is free to use today. If we offer paid features later, such as sync, the price and what you get will be shown before you pay, and any extra terms will be shown at the same time.
8) Stopping
You can stop using Avnor at any time by deleting it. Save a backup first if you want to keep your notes.
9) Changes and law
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and explain big changes in the app before they apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
